The style handed down from Ying's teacher Suthee Panthong of Pure Suthee Yoga is based on Vinyasa, Sivanandha and Ashtanga. The breath (prananyama) is used to create the poses (asanas) and a fluidity of movement.

Yoga has been practised for more than 5000 years and the style that is taught at Suttabuut Yoga has been passed down through a lineage of teachers. The style taught at Suttabuut Yoga is based on a collection of styles developed by Ying's teacher Suthee Panthong called  Pure Suthee Yoga. The Breath


A healthy body and mind are required for the journey through life and for Yoga practice. Suttabuut Yoga focuses on the purification practices at the start of each class: to purify the body's energy channels, remove toxins, massage the internal organs, calm and cleanse the mind and strengthen digestion. The breath is fundamental to the style and breathing techniques such as Nadi Shodhana or alternate nostril breathing will prepare the student for yoga practice. Nadi is Sanskrit for flow and Shodhana for purification.
