Yoga Classes
The Vitual Yoga classes in Kensington are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Each student is on their own journey and can move into the poses respecting their body's flexibility and strength. The instructions are simple to follow and no prior knowledge of Yoga terms is needed.
Timetable (Virtual Online Studio)
We run the classes in a Zoom virtual studio, and the poses change every week. The teacher can review and adjust your poses - making sure you are progressing. Ten pack pass tickets don't need to be used consecutively and are valid for use over a period of six months.
Levels
Beginners through to advanced students welcome - Life is full of people on different journeys and at different stages of the same journey. So too with Yoga practice, all students can participate in the same class but on their own journey. As you learn about the beautiful vessel that hosts your spirit you will learn not only from the teacher but from yourself and other students in the class.
Studio
The studio is located in the newly renovated Kensington Town Hall which is clean and bright and overlooks the wind washed peppercorn trees. It is conveniently located on the boundry between Kensington and Flemington.
