The principal teacher Parada Chantananont affectionately known as Ying (her Thai nickname) grew up in Thailand as a Buddhist and has been teaching Yoga for more than 14 years. The Suttabuut logo designed by one of Ying's close friends Sarita Singh encapsulates the teaching philosophy. The teachings emanate in tendrils of love from the teacher (the large lotus) and the students develop their own practice growing strong and flexible like the teacher and so the lineage goes on.
